K-Ball

The new SHOTT pressurised filters are currently the most innovative and efficient on the market.

Equipped with UV-C lamp, they combine the revolutionary mechanical filtering system with the efficiency of a UV-C radiation bactericide and, not to be overlooked, require few and simple cleaning.

The brand new feature is in the mechanical filtering system.  Filtering, in fact, is not obtained with sponges but with BIO-SPHERES that ensure good water cleaning and excellent biological filtering to eliminate ammonia and nitrates. This new filtering system allows the filter to be cleaned with simple counter-washing without having to open the filter to clean the sponges.

The validity of the UV-C radiation use to sterilise water is recognised and proven (high bactericide power). The original 18, 24 or 36 Watt UV-C lamps, with electronic ballasts built into the SHOTT pressurised filters, guarantee excellent performance.

D-Ball

These filters use the same operating principles used in K-Ball filters with a less compact design which, on the other hand, permits some conveniences and the possibility of personalisation.

First of all, manual intervention is not needed for counter-wash since the 4-way valve installed at the top of the filter can be used.

It can be purchased without the UV-C sterilisation system or with the system mounted on the outside of the filter body.

This last features increases the bactericide power when installed with other SHOTT sterilisers.

UVC CC LAMPS

Available in 9, 24 and 36 Watt versions, the SHOTT compact UV-C lamps are the ideal way to complete D-Ball filters for users who require sterilisation systems mounted separate from filters.
